Watsonville Insulation was founded in 2025 by insulation professionals who know the Pajaro Valley well. The idea was simple: this community needed a local contractor who understood the specific challenges Watsonville homes face - older construction, persistent coastal moisture, and crawl spaces that have gone unaddressed for decades.
A large share of homes in Watsonville were built before the 1980s, when insulation requirements were a fraction of what they are today. Many have never had an upgrade. We started this company to change that - one house at a time, with honest assessments, fair pricing, and work that holds up in a coastal climate.
From the neighborhoods near Pinto Lake to the streets closest to the Pajaro River, we work throughout Watsonville and surrounding communities. The California C-2 Insulation and Acoustical Contractor license is issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and covers all residential and commercial insulation work we perform. It requires passing a trade exam and maintaining active standing with the state.
